Could a person disclose something, in a hypnotic state, which he doesn’t want to say when he is wakeful?
Is a person’s consciousness in defense when he is in a hypnotic state? Will his consciousness protect him from speaking out something against himself? If then, it is terrible.
Yes, being in a hypnotic state usually brings down a person’s guard. That is basically the whole point of hypnosis- to get into the person’s repressed subconscious thoughts or memories.

Hypnotic Poison by Christian Dior 3.4 oz Eau De Toilette

Designed by the House of Christian Dior in 1999, Hypnotic Poison is mysterious and mesmerizing, extravagant and bewitching, Hypnotic Poison is a magic potion for modern times. Audacious and profoundly feminine, the fragrance is an unsettling harmony, a fusion of contrasting olfactory facets. Fragrance notes include: Jasmine, Bitter Almond, Vanilla. May We Suggest: Hanae Mori by Hanae Mori for Women Jil Sander No. 4 by Jil Sander for Women Wish by Chopard for Womomen See more products by Christian Dior Fragrance Family: Woody, Ambry For long-lasting effects fragrance should be applied to the bodys pulse points. These include the wrist, behind the ear, crease of your arm and knee, and the base of your throat. Pulse points give off more body heat as this is where blood vessels are closest to the skin, therefore continually warming and releasing your fragrance. Also, for a lasting effect spraying fragrance lower on the body allows it to rise throughout the day. Layering with the corresponding bath or shower gel and lotion, also is another good practice to help your fragrance last longer.
can any body tell me if hypnosis works please as im at the verge of a nervouse breakdown?
hi i have a hipnosis session tomorow for sleep, drinkng, worrieing and smoking. im depressed at this stage over it all. can anybody tell me if this works?
Take three deep breaths and slowly blow each one out and notice as you blow each one out you feel a bit more relaxed. Think for a while what you want the hypnosis to do. It is not some magic bullet but is is a way to change your thinking about what you want to change and if you wish to change you can change now or in a few minutes,as you choose. change now or a little later as you choose to change.
tonight when you go to bed reach down and pull up the covers and notice as you pull them up a nice wave of relaxation starts at your feet and comes up quickly-to match where the covers are. and when you are completely relaxed it is time to go to sleep. It will be a deep sleep that will leave you ready and able to cope with the work of the next day.
If you want more information write and we can see what can be done to make changes.
Can hypnotherapy be good for defeating mental/emotional issues?
I looked at a hypnotherapists website, and he is claiming that he can fix so many emotional and mental issues, such as anxiety, stress, phobias, etc. Is that possible? If that is possible, then why are people still going to psychologists and psychiatrists?
Hypnotherapy can be good temporarily but Dianetics works very well. Check it http://www.dianetics.org
A good hypnotherapist in Cardiff please?
Can you recommend a hypnotherapist that you have tried+tested. How quick were the results in practice? Also, do you have to be specific with what you need to be treated for or can you chuck in a few problems?
As a successful hypnotherapist, I would recommend any hypnotherapist who is a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists. Currently this is the only organization which has a nationally recognised qualification which is moderated by an external NVQ level assessor.
A good hypnotherapist would strive to keep the number of sessions to as few as possible. For example a phobia would normally be successfully dealt with in about 3 sessions while depression would take up to 8 sessions.
If the hypnotherapist is solution based rather than analytical then there is no need to be specific and it isn’t necessary to drag up all of the painful memories to try to explain your condition. Revisiting old wounds usually increases anxiety which in turn makes the condition worse!
As a final word, everybody can reach a hypnotic state as it is a completely natural state which we go into many times a day. We’ve all had the experience of watching telly while someone is trying to ask us a question and, we don’t hear a word that they have said…That is trance. It’s as simple as that. The hypnotherapist merely uses the trance to alter negative thought patterns. You, the client, keep full control throughout (forget about stage hypnotism – that uses a psychological trick to give the illusion that the person is in a deep sleep). Hypnotic trance is not sleep!!!
