Writing Down Your Soul How to Activate and Listen to the Extraordinary Voice Within

Writing Down Your Soul How to Activate and Listen to the Extraordinary Voice Within

You could pray, or meditate, or dream, or visit a shaman, or a minister, or a hypnotherapist. With so many routes into inner consciousness, why write? Of all the ways to get in touch with God, as you understand God… to hear the small, still voice pointing you in the right direction… why take the time to write? One reason: it works. It works amazingly well. If you want to engage in a vibrant conversation with the wisdom that dwells just a hair below your conscious awareness, write. Write every day, at approximately the same time, with passion, honesty, and the intention of speaking with and listening to the voice within. Janet Conner was escaping a terrible situation of domestic abuse. While trying to ? gure out how she and her son could live and how they could eat, she realized she had hit rock bottom. With no other advisors, she listened to her own inner voice, which told her to start writing. As she did, Janetas inner voice gained clarity and strength, and she felt an incredible connection to the divine, and almost immediately miracles began to happen. Today, research scientists in psychology, physics, biochemistry, and neurology are providing peeks into what consciousness is and how it works. Their findings give us intriguing clues as to what is actually happening in and through our bodies, minds, and spirits as we roll pen across paper. Writing Down Your Soul explores some of this research and instructs readers how to access the power and beauty of their own deepest selves.

How can you get rid of hypnotism.How can you break a spell cast on you by hypnotherapist?

What kind of "spell" are you talking about? If you’re convinced someone has hypnotized you in order to make you do something you wouldn’t normally do, it doesn’t work that way. Regardless of the fact that you’re hypnotized, a suggestion won’t "take"/register, whatever, if it goes against your nature or is something you’re morally opposed to.
For example, if you don’t steal and believe it’s wrong, no hypnotist in the world can "make" you steal something against your will. Understand?

Where can I find a certified hypnotherapist in Metro Manila?

How much does each session cost?
Do you know his/her contact details?

Good luck!

What are the things a hypnotherapist can successfully cure?

How we handle painful memories? Gayness? What?

Hypnotherapy treats psychosomatic disorders like phobias, addictions, bad dreams, memories, anything to do with the mind. There is a definite need for the patient to co-operate with the therapist as any mental blocks can ruin a good hypnosis session. Go with an open mind and accept suggestions without analysis or questions.

Hypnotherapy allows you to directly access your emotional or "subconscious mind"; this is the part of your mind that is the most powerful, and stores all your memories. It is very seldom tapped to its full potential, and it is estimated that we only use about 10% of our potential brain power.

The subconscious is also the seat of all emotions, and this in turn affects all of your behaviours. It also affects your physical state (mind-body connection), and is responsible for the functioning of the immune system, which is why hypnotherapy can actually help with physical as well as emotional disorders.

The subconscious mind "tape-records" all experiences, and hypnotherapy allows access to emotions and past events suppressed, repressed or forgotten by the conscious mind. The subconscious can access facts, information, causes of feelings, behaviours and attitudes; these then can be strengthened or changed according to the clients wishes.

It can improve the success of other treatments for many conditions, including:

* Phobias, fears, and anxiety
* Sleep disorders
* Depression
* Stress
* Post-trauma anxiety
* Grief and loss

It also might be used to help with pain control and to overcome habits, such as smoking or overeating. It also might be helpful for people whose symptoms are severe or who need crisis management.

Some therapists use hypnotherapy to recover repressed memories they believe are linked to the person’s mental disorder. However, hypnosis also poses a risk of creating false memories—usually as a result of unintended suggestions by the therapist. For this reason, the use of hypnosis for certain mental disorders, such as dissociative disorders, remains controversial.

How do I become a hypnotherapist / NLP Practitioner?

I have been self-studying NLP for about 4 years now and want to work in hypnotherapy that has a strong knowledge of NLP.

There seems to be an unbelievable amount of courses out there, not all of which can be any good….

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I live in London and can’t commit to study full time.

In the USA (I know you are in the UK) the minimum qualifications to treat people (do therapy) is a masters of counseling, typically 60 credit hours. (1 course, 1 semester = 3 credit hours).
