I have always been curious about hypnotizm. I would love to be able to know how to an be able to hypnotize someone. I am not sure if I even believe it can be done for real. I would love to know more. Something real, not just a book or other non-proven thing that can easily be explained away by "Who are probably just doing it wrong"

Yes, hypnotism can be done for real. In fact, there are some therapists who use hypnosis successfully with their clients to treat various issues. Hypnosis is also sometimes used in magic acts, and in those cases, it’s doubtful whether the results are really real.

As for where to look for resources on this, I can’t tell you. But I doubt that you’ll find anything that really explains hypnotism in an irrefutable way. Whenever you’re dealing with the human mind, it’s pretty difficult to prove that things such as hypnotism are truly occurring. You pretty much either have to believe it, or not. It’s a faith issue.

How much do Certified Hypnotist make I am looking into this, ya know that help people to loose weight or stop smoking I cant seem to find any type of salary they make and what it all takes to become one ? I live in Oklahoma so not sure what training or anything. Thanks yall
I am also looking for if there are schools you ned to atend or degress I am at a loss of trying to find a school or what type of degree I would need along with how much they make.

They can ask anywhere between $60-$80 a session. $45 sounds a bit low, check their credential. $100 sounds too high. Always ask for 3-5 references.

is this one of the reasons that a doctor will NOT try hypnosis on a person who isnt fully willing?

also , what usually are the reasons for a patient to withdraw trust during a trance and why so?

As a certified consulting hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists I can tell you that there has to be some kind of trust or rapport with a hypnotist and client relationship or the hypnosis will not work. The Hypnotist is the coach and the client actually does all of the work, but if the client is holding back the suggestions will be refused by the subconscious mind. With the NGH we are required to abide by a strict code of ethics and standard of practice.

hypnotism is really difficult mainly because only about 10% of people can actually be hypnotized and they have to be in the right state of mind of it.
You really need an apprenticeship if you really want to learn apart from that you really wont.

Do you think a hypnotist can help me do better in school? Like can he make change me so that i become more hard working?

Turn off the tv, cell phone, get away from the computer and crack open a text book and read.

How do I get shows?? Also, what is the pay like and are a lot of girls going to be attracted to me if I become a stage hypnotist??

I know all about hypnosis, just don’t know how much it will cost to get hypnotized…

Im starting out doing stage hypnosis, and the area Im looking out has allot of gay clubs. I personally don’t have a problem with that, and would do a show at a gay bar. I just wonder starting out if that labels me as someone who’s gay or does niche gay clubs when really I am looking to do any and all. What do you think?

i think that’s a homophobic attitude is what i think… the only one to care if your gay or straight when your putting on a show is you… asking this question negates your "problem"…
