how can I let people know about my diploma in hypnotherapy?
I want to advertise my diploma in clinical hypnotherapy to anyone who is interested in learning how to use hypnotherapy to help people with their problems. My course is validated by the General Hypnotherapy Register, graduates can become members of the GHR and practice as a professional hypnotherapist
Hi Philip
People won’t be interested in your diploma. They will be interested in whether you are any good. If you tell them you just got a diploma they will most likely assume you aren’t.
You are going to face the dilemma of all new entrants to the profession; you are no good to anyone without experience and you can’t get the experience while you’re no good to anyone. Paying patients with real problems deserve better than to be your guinea pigs.
You should go back to the people you paid to teach you and ask them how to get set-up. If you are good, it’s going to take you something like three years to build yourself a practice. If you don’t have the resources to get you through those years you might want to think again.
Good luck.
