how do i block my emotions?

i need some kind of way to block my emotions, all of them. everyone says to not suppress emotions but i have bin suppressing them for 10 years now and i need a way to get rid of them for good i’m miserable all the time im realy anti-social and i hate that about myself but i cant do anything i tried to go out and be social but my stubid emotions make me even more miserable then when im alone i dont fear being around people i just get bored and want to leave and by the way im saying this so that you know a little about me so you dont give an answer that dousnt make sense so anyone know how to block emotions i dont care if its hipnosis or some kind of (legal) drug

i think you need to get control of your negative emotions. there is a variety of ways to do this. psychotherapy (talk therapy) can be helpful to understand your emotions and sometimes will offer all the help that is needed. there are also many different meds that can help. they usually target specific emotions ie: anger, fear, depression etc. it may take a while to get the perfect drug, but well worth it when you start to become more contented.

    You have to have the desire to be the center of attention, when you display positive vibes people will like you and you will entertain yourself, hence not being bored anymore. Be funny, make people laugh, you will enjoy their attention. Always wear a smile on your face, not to exaggerated but you know. Sometimes laughter is the only medicine. :]

    The best answer doesn’t technically answer your question: Find something you really like and do it a LOT. If you don’t like things, LEARN to like something.
    For me, it is basketball. I play basketball almost DAILY. The reason I’m suggesting you find something you like is because it will be the place you can eliminate your emotions. For example, when I play basketball, I’m provided with a place to get angry, happy, excited, depressed, worried, nervous, etc.
    You don’t have to suppress your emotions, you just need to know where to get rid of them.
    If you have ANY hobbies, that’s the place. Video games, sports, working on a car, working out, writing, music, you get the picture.
    Seriously, spend crazy amounts of time doing what you love. I am hands-down the least emotional and least stressed-out person I know, and I owe it all to what I just told you.

    Oh, and I’m not some idiot… Don’t think that it’s impossible to spend that much time doing what you love while maintaining success at school or work. I’m doing quite well in college and I play basketball 6 days a week. I also run my own small business.
    I truly hope my advice helps you in your path.
