Hypnosis for peace

I’m want to learn to make that great hypnotic, trance-inducing music you hear on meditation tapes. I understand that I’ll need a musician to help out for the musical part of it, but where do you learn how to create "precisely combined sounds and frequencies" that induce various types of meditative brain-states? I don’t want to purchase any at this point, I want to learn to make my own.
