How to break hypnotic triggers?

Well, I’ve had a couple of hypnotic triggers planted in my mind. The first was to help me to lose weight. Every time I put something sweet and sugary in my mouth, it tastes like s***. This worked and I’ve lost weight because of it (been about a year now). I also had another trigger planted for my gf. Whenever she says a specific short phrase, I immediately get aroused by her and want to get intimate with her. She had the same thing done to her for me. I’m wondering if he planted a third trigger because even though I don’t remember what happened under hypnosis, I just get this feeling that another post-hypnotic suggestion was planted. I want to find if a third trigger was planted, so is the only answer being hypnotized again?
I asked for the first two triggers to be set, if that is causing any confusion.

To begin setting a third trigger without your permission is highly unethical and I’m not clear on why someone would want to do it. I would assume you went to a reputable hypnotist? In this case, why not ask him?
You can set triggers yourself. For example I have to do the books, hate doing it with a passion. Each time I start I pop in a certain cd, it’s one I almost never listen to otherwise, so when I hear it I settle into doing the books-the trigger is set. So it is likely you set this trigger yourself. Do you have a clue what it is? since you think you have one there should be some kind of hint.
Or-it’s your imagination. Letyting someone set a trigger is giving up a great deal of control, you could just be feeling uncomfortable with that idea.

You should get rehyptnotized into believing as it was before. You should get it reversed by getting hypnotized to have sweet things taste better than any food you had in your life.
