Anyone been hypnotized by a stage hypnotist?
I went to Vegas last week and saw a hypnotist show. Totally funny. I tried to find one of the volunteers to see how they describe the experience, but they left so fast (there was a post hypnotic suggestion that they go out on the town and search to tell people how good the show was and I guess it worked since the left so quickly!).
Anyone here been hypnotized by a stage hypnotist and was surprised by it in some way? Would you do it again?

I have not.. But my brothers school has a hypnotist come ever year.. some of his friends have volunteered and they cant remember what happened… they watched a video of it after, and were laughing at what they had to do! so I think they may do it again…

No, but my brother used to be able to do it years ago…he tried on me, but it didn’t take. He said I was an impossible subject…too skeptical, I guess.

My stepdad was hypnotized twice by a stage hypnotist. We have a video of it. He can’t remember the experience (after "clicking out").
He is a prominent and wise business consultant, but he had his nose stuck to the wall for about 20 minutes.
Studies show that the more intelligent a person is, the more suggestible he is. That makes sense, because you need to be like a sponge and have strong focus to be really intelligent.
