unless you know someone who knows how to do it then no.you have to read a book about it which is really boring.

You have to get them to focus on something and you use a monotone voice. Usually with this object slightly above eye level. They also have to be receptive to being able to be hypnotized. Its really putting someone into a light trance.
Tell them they are getting sleepy and that all they can hear is your voice and only your voice. More to it but you can’t get them to do anything they wouldn’t do awake. Like robbing a store or something.
Be careful you are messing with ones mind. Yes, I have hypnotized others.
