I know this doesn’t really answer your question, but if you’re serious about losing weight, just eat a healthy balanced diet and work out. There’s no one miracle cure for losing weight and keeping it off, you have to work at it. Do some cardio and strength training. Strength training (which builds muscle) is really important for weight loss because muscle tissue (which burns around 30 calories per pound a day) is more active at rest than fat tissue (which only burns about 2 or 3). The more muscle you have, the easier it is to keep the weight off. Think positively too, and you’ll get that weight off in no time.
